I don't need a help everyday, just the days/ hours when I am working. I work 25 hours per week but different shifts ( mornings starting at 7 am, evenings finishing at 9 pm). Sometimes I need someone to stay with my kids overnight ( but for the nights I will try to use my friend help). I also work weekends.
My shifts are flexible and no week looking like the previous one
