We're a professional couple living in rural Kent (Marden). Tom works in tech and Charlotte is a solicitor.

We have two children: Florence, who will be 4.5 and starting school in September 2027, and our son (born June 2026), who will be around 12-15 months when we're looking for care to begin.

We're looking for someone warm, reliable and proactive to provide full-time care for our youngest, plus after-school pickups and care for Florence. We have a family-friendly home with a large garden, and we'd love someone who enjoys outdoor play and activities. A driver with their own car is essential given our rural location.
