I am expecting our 2nd child this Christmas and we have a beautiful 8 year old daughter as well.
Both myself and my partner have full time careers that after some time off, we will both return to.
We are not exactly sure what we need at the moment, but interested to find out more about individuals on this site to see if we can find a match of someone that is flexible and suited.
For example:
Jan - April - I will be taking maternity and would like someone flexible that can be available as and when to help with childcare with both the newborn and our 8 year old as and when we need e.g. taking the newborn and help with school runs if I need to attend meetings.
We may also need access to evening and weekend childcare which we would expect to take place at our home.
Following our return from maternity, we will require more
We are seeking someone flexible to join in our family life. That might be willing to start homework with child if required.
We do have a cleaner as well and have noted that some profiles have offered this as well. We would be interested in exploring further.

2 number of children (less than 6 months / over 6 years)
Type of nanny sought: home childcare provider, nanny working from your home, babysitter
