6mth old baby and occasional a 3.5yr old for an hour or so after school or perhaps holidays.
Pet friendly bonus - as can walk our lovely dog
Lighthouse duties a bonus such as laundry
Spanish speaking a bonus as our daughters learning from a young age but not essential.
