I am a part time shift worker. I have two children, one aged 8 years and one aged 20months. I work a shift pattern and would need a nanny/babysitter who would be willing to work with this. The Rota is drawn up many months in advance so advance notice could easily be given re cover required.
Cover is not generally required on the weekends or evenings. Estimated finish time on a weekday would be 530pm. May suit persons with study commitments/wanting part time working.
I would need nanny/babysitter to look after my youngest during the day and pick up my eldest from school.
