Hi, I have a 4 month old, she is an easy to manage baby. I am currently working from home, and will remain working from home. I have help from my mum looking after her, but my mum struggles with balance so there is some limitations to what she can do. We live in a very nice apartment and i would be interested if someone could come here to look after her. I want t ensure her development is doing well with the right kind of play. It is my own business and I would like to keep it going but I am finding the ad hoc hours are difficult to give the company the growth it needs. The unfortunate thing about where we is that although there is a shared garden it is not great for the pram so to do a pram walk I usually go up the road 5 minutes and there are some nice walks there or I go to wetherby. I am breastfeeding, aswell as using formula when required, so this would need to be planned. Although I have stipulated the times need to work I am some what flexible. I dont need every day. I would like to take a day off fully to be with her and an afternoon. I also have one day when another grandparent can look after her the whole day.
