Sinead, looking for a nanny - NG31 Grantham for the 8 June 2015

After having bad experiences with three nurseries in the past months and coming to the conclusion that my son would be much better within his own home being looked after by someone that is willing to support him and me with his behavioural issues I am looking for a nanny that is experienced with this. He's a very lovely boy, very loving but sometimes finds it hard to express his feelings and gets frustrated which is when is behaviour can become challenging. He prefers one on one attention rather than being around quite a few people eg. In nursery. I need someone that is willing to work with Kingsley and I through his coming weeks up until school in September. We are working with different professionals at present such as paediatrician, health visitors, family support worker to see if he will need a medical diagnosis eventually for something possibly like Austism. After having bad experiences at nurseries lately and trying to settle him somewhere so I can go out to work to support our family as well as his dad I've come to a point where I really need to find someone that's willing to support us.
