Need a nanny with a tonne of patience, gentle disposition and special needs experience

I'm the mum of two gorgeous boys. Noah is 21 months old and his character is building every day, as is his mischievous nature. Caleb is five and whilst we have no set diagnosis, he has severe learning difficulties and severe development delay with autistic tendencies. A real mouthful but not a label that even nearly describes how wonderful he truly is and every day he surprises us all. He is a creature of habit and extremely easy to look after. A change in personal circumstances requires me to go back to work part time and as a result, I am looking for someone to help with my gorgeous little monkeys.

Hours will vary but will be fixed each week. Some weeks I will require help getting Caleb ready for school and putting him on his bus when it arrives to pick him up. Noah goes to nursery three afternoons a week and will need dropping off there on days that you are working. Some days I will need you to wait at my house for Caleb to be dropped back off from school at 15.40pm. He will need his tea etc. On the days that Noah hasn't got nursery (the odd mornings you will be doing) then you guys can play, go out for the morning to soft play or spend it at home with him. He is adorable and i swear you will be hooked upon meeting him. Whilst this sounds very complicated, I assure you it isn't and i'm probably just not explaining it properly. As nervous as it makes me leaving my kids with anyone, I am not just looking for a baby sitter. I am looking for someone to build a bond with my kids and myself.
