Nic, looking for a nanny - OX8 Eynsham for the 14 September 2015

I'll be going back to work in September around the time of my little boy's first birthday, and we're considering different options for childcare (nursery, childminder or nanny). We've viewed two nurseries so far. My husband commutes to work near Northampton (leaving at 7.15am, returning at 6.15pm), so he won't be available for drop off or pick up during normal nursery hours. I work in central Oxford and have a little scope to negotiate my office hours, but will be at the mercy of the buses on the Oxford roads during rush hour. A childminder or nanny might give us a little more flexibility for a pick up time at the end of the day.
Our little boy has just turned 5 months old, and he's very smiley; lots of our friends have commented on how chilled out he is. He looks like he's going to be quite active once becomes more mobile.
