Abby, looking for a nanny - SG19 Gamlingay

We have a 2 well behaved boys, 3 and 6years old. Our 3 year old is currently at nursery 3 days a week and eldest at school in the village.
We are looking for somebody who would be able to pick the youngest up from nursery at 3pm and go on to pick up the eldest at 3.15, take them to the park, library etc or home to play, cook them dinner or warm something up I've made.
I'm currently looking to go back to work full time, we can cover the mornings but some help after school would be ideal. We may possibly put the youngest into nursery for more days depending on my husband's work.
