Yu, looking for a nanny in Sonning common

I am looking for child care for my 2 daughters, one is almost 5 years old , and the other one is 5 months old.

I am on maternity leave now till next Jan, i don't need a full time nanny but just a part time nanny in case i need some help before Jan.The full time nanny job can only start next January.If you are looking for a full time nanny job now i am afraid i can't help.

We are living off Hemdean road, rg4 7ra , i need childcare detailed as below:
1. take my elder daughter to rivermead leisure center for swimming class every Tue afternoon.
2. take my elder daughter to library once or twice a week after school, reading books , and tutoring her home work like maths , writing.
3. look after the younger baby whole day, take her out to playground etc.
4. tidy up kid's toys, washing their clothes, giving bath to them etc, all kids related stuff.
5. time will be 7:30am-7:30pm , 5 days a week.

Basically i am looking some one who can come to my house to offer child care, not a childminder which i have to drop off and pick up them, unless the childminder is living within 15 mins walk around caversham primary school. so please don't contact me if you are a child minder live far away.
