Ideally you will have some kind of SEN experience for our 3 year old Son who is non verbal. Someone who is bright energetic and hsa some interesting developmental games up their sleeves. Someone who will talk to our Son and encourage him to learn but will also be sensitive to when he just wants to play alone and to make sure he is safe.
DBS check and references required.
