My husband is working on a 12-hour rotating schedule overnight and I desperately need help caring for my 10 month old who is driving me to rags. The days I need help will vary week to week but go like this: Mon-Tue week 1, Wed-Thu week 2. I may need occasional help on Fridays.
Ideally, I could get help on the weekends, in which case the schedule would be: Mon-Tue and Sat-Sun on a biweekly basis. It's up to you but either of those are my preference.
All I need are four hours to myself to work, run errands, and clean. So each day would be from 8am to 12pm (his naptime). So 16 hours for every four days worked.
