Seeking for help school and nursery fridays morning drop off and collecting and baby sitting after collecting

Hi l need help with taking kids to school so that l can get to work on time and collecting them from school 4:30pm and nursery soon after school, l would prefer them to be taken to our home in Uphall until l arrive from work so that they can get dinner and baths.
