Solo, looking for a nanny - W1H London

I have two wonderful children, very caring and they are truly my world. We live in a ground floor flat in a beautiful conservation area of North Ealing and its a lovely family area. The children are playful, enquisitve but do take a little time to warm to new people, but once they establish a bond, they are comfortable. My son has lower level autism, is able to communicate his needs and hold a simple conversation, would be good for someone to have a background within Special Needs so there is an understanding there but is not essential. Its all about the connection and seeing if its a good fit. My daughter is 1 year and a real little character, she loves to explore and can be quite cheeky but has a good understanding already of listening and has already said a few words. I am looking for someone who can come and be with the children, take them to play outside, or baking cupcakes (my son's favourite thing to do!), anything to free up some time for me to dedicate a few hours to a business I am setting up. I am a single mother and at the moment I am reliant on my family members to watch the children if I had something to do in the evening, but unfortunately our schedules dont always aline. So eventually it would be amazing if you could watch them for a few hours in the evening but I am sensitive to ensuring its a good fit for everyone and especially the kids, so its important to take things step by step.
