Franny, looking for a nanny in Washfield EX16 for the 6 September 2016

Hello. We're looking for someone to look after our lovely lad at our home from 9->1pm three mornings a week (tues, thurs, fri), plus occasionally covering the early morning / breakfast / school routine (not including school transport) for our son and 4-year-old daughter together. We live in a rural area and our son is very outdoorsy, so looking for someone to take him on adventures in our big garden and small woodland. He also loves making things, so an arty crafty person would be ideal. We'd like to pay above standard rates as we believe that childcare is a very difficult, skilled and important job which should be properly valued and rewarded.
