I have worked in a private nursery for 4 years now and hold both a NC in early education and childcare and a SVQ level 3 in Children's care, learning and development.
I have completed training on first aid, food hygiene as well as many courses related to childcare such as observation and assessment, risk assessment and curriculum for excellence courses. I can provide further information on the courses I have attended on my CV if required.
I currently hold a senior role in the setting at which I work and have a very patient yet enthusiastic approach to childcare. I have a great record of time keeping and attendance.
My job role at the moment is in charge of the 3-5 room. I am responsible for ensuring the children are safe, happy and achieving in their learning. I am also in charge of planning the activities and experiences for this group of children.
