I have had personal and professional experience with children since 1989. My son has special needs so have had experience with that for 20 years. I am fun loving and love to be creative with children. I am encouraging, fair, fun and understanding. I believe that to ensure the upbringing and way to encourage children is 'praise'. Getting down to a child's eye level is also a must. Especially when advising on something they need explaining to them. They should never look at an adult as a threat. U need to ensure they feel confident and trust you enough to be able to come to u with any problem they may encounter. I love teaching children in all manners, and leave them with new things they have learnt. I am efficient and trustworthy and very patient at all times. I love arts and crafts and enjoy watching children learn through play. I get on with children of all ages. I'm 42 years old with a fun loving attitude.
