Hello,

I am Adelle. I have recently just moved over to Birmingham from sunny Perth, Australia.

I am looking for a full time role ideally. I have a Certificate 3 in Children's Service from Australia and have worked as an Early Childhood Educator in Australia for the last three years. Previous to that I nannied for a lovely family.

I think being a kid and enjoying being creative, getting messy and exploring is very important. I love to find out what the child/childrens interests are and spned time furthering those loves.

My personal philosophy is;
I believe that all children are created uniquely and this should be embraced and not discouraged. Children come from different religions, cultures, families, communities and situations and they should all no matter what be treated with equity, fairness, love, care and compassion.

I believe we have responsibility to impact a child’s life positively and I think it’s sometimes underestimated just how much we can impact and influence children to be a great human beings with hearts full of respect, love, compassion, creativity and sensitivity. I believe all humans should be treated the way you’d like to be treated no matter their background or circumstances.

I believe that children should be free to express themselves in all kinds of ways creatively. Children should feel free to sing, dance, write, draw and perform and feel encouraged and praised for their creative minds. I think being creative in your day to day life is an essential to being happy, healthy, positive and loving human. I think its important to let this always influence your role in children’s lives.
