I currently hold my CYPW level 3 Diploma in Childcare and am willing to study more if needed. I am currently studying my Level 2 in Team Leading alongside my full time job which is a Room Leader in the 2-3s room in a nursery in Bromsgrove. I have 5 years of experience working with young children. I love working with children and feel a nanny job is the route I need to take because I like the idea of having that one to one approach and building a relationship with the children and it is more beneficial for the child and carer!
