Ellesse, nanny - B70 West bromwich

hi, my name is Ellesse and I have recently left high school. I am a 16 year old girl. I've always looked after my younger siblings and the children my mother and father has adopted. I love looking after them and having fun. I like to help my mother a lot around the house with chores and with my brother and sisters. when I was in school I done my work experience with children and I got great feed back which I still had. they said my attitude was really good towards the children. this included looking after them, feeding, changing, reading and playing with them. I do have many skills but I would like to gain more skills as I go along so I learn while I'm working. I understand I am 16 but I can do the same as 20 year old can do. I think I am very mature for my age. having a big family and it always being extended I've had to take part in looking after my siblings and making sure there fine and always helping them when they want help or doing things with them when they want me to. I would love to have a job with children because I love being around children and I enjoy it a lot. I am very respectful and I listen to what's being said to me. If I don't understand anything that I need to I am a very quick learner.
