Hannah, nanny - B97 Redditch

Hi my name is Hannah, I am almost 21 years old. I have previous experience in working in a charity run nursery and a primary school. However my expertise come from working in a private day nursery for 2 years, I worked with children from the ages of 4 months to 5 years. I recently left my role as a nursery nurse and became a carer for the elderly with dementia and mental health and am finding myself missing my role with children. I have a level 3 extended diploma in children and young people's workforce which I studied for 2 years with added work experience. I am very friendly and approachable, I understand child development and that the needs and welfare of children are paramount. Also working with the elderly in vulnerable positions over the last 4 months has taught me new empathetic skills.
