Tia, nanny in Barry

I'm Tia , I have been babysitting on and off since I was 13, I am a very independent young lady who loves to be around children in a happy environment, I enjoy engaging with the children as I find it interesting with what they do and how they act to stuff. I only prefer to work with children as my patience never runs out with them also because I am certain 99% of the time with what to do and how to act in certain situations as I helped a friend raise her child. I can cook for the child/children also if needed to take them out somewhere nice once or twice a week (I did this previously as a reward for the child/children for behaving in an appropriate manner, only if the parent/carers would let me do so and feel comfortable with this) I do my best to satisfy to children I'd work with and if there are any inconveniences then we will all work as a big team to solve the problem, I have never failed to meet to parents expectations and hope to keep to that :)
