I have worked with children now for nearly 3 years, from ages 5 months to 4 years old. I am a Qualified level 3 nursery nurse. I absolutely love it, i find it very rewarding and as well as working, you actually enjoy doing what you do.
I have lots of young children in my family and often babysit for them. I have a 8 year old sister who I have helped my parents look after since she was born! I am really interested in helping others and going into different environments. I love going to meet new people and taking on different challenges.

As much as I love working in a nursery setting, id also love to go into home settings and out of home to see what the children are really like, as some children can be very different at home than they are in a nursery. Id love to take the children out on day outs and do lots of fun activities with them.

Working as a Nursery Nurse, my duties are;

To provide a high quality of care to all children in my presence.

Following correct safe guarding policies and procedures, ensuring all children are in the correct safe environment.

Follow frame work EYFS to build development folder for all individual children.

Work with high professions to provide best child care.

Guiding different communication and language activities to develop all different aged children’s communication and language skills.

Reporting any concerns such as signs of abuse.

I have my own driving licence and my own car, so I wouldn't mind taking the children shopping, or on day outs, or even to the park!!
