Hi, I am a highly trained, experienced child carer. I am currently a nursery manager and have been there since 2012. I am looking to come out of a nursery setting to become a registered nanny to provide childcare support for a family.
I am very passionate about caring for children and have a variety of training to enhance my life and professional experience. Including therapeutic nature of play, first aid, promoting positive behaviour.
I am a trained ballet teacher so also have a passion for dance/ expressive movement.
I have a daughter aged four who enjoys school/ dancing ( following in my footsteps ) writing and drawing.
Child care qualities I have are: being resourceful, creativity, listening to children's and families needs and having an understanding of age and stage of development. I have a wealth of knowledge of outside professional support through dealing with outside agencies as a manager if ever this was needed. I am also very passionate about makaton signing and having training to support this interest.
