I'm Emily, I have been a full time chef for 3 years but looking for a break from the kitchen environment and a change, I am the eldest of 5 children, my siblings range from the ages of 18 months to 17 years, and I have 9 cousins whom I've cared for over the years, I have a natural knack when it comes to communication with children, I am a very calm and patient individual.
