Lizzie, nanny - BS22 St georges

Hello,
my name is Lizzie and I am 20 years old. I currently run a baby room in a day nursery for the ages of 0-2 year olds. I really enjoy my job but would really like to become a nanny and provide more 1:1 time with the children. I am patient, caring and knowledgeable of the EYFS.
I have experience of working with childminders, volunteering in primary schools and nurseries. I currently am a room manager in a day nursery and have the responsibilities of a key worker and providing stimulating and age appropriate activities. From my experience, messy play seems to be a big hit. This can range from a simple painting activity, to gloop and exploring different textures.
It is very important for the children to have access to the outdoors to aid their development and to also to become their own individual.
I really enjoy being part of children's development and being able to witness them becoming their own person.
