My Name is Natalie and I am a parent to a 10yr old daughter and wife to my wonderful husband. I have 7 years of professional experience as a childcarer with Ofsted in Essex as well as lots of family experience before this. We moved to Caerphilly in 2016 where I become registered with CSSIW. I have a positive approach to childcare with lots of praise and rewards for good behaviour. I believe in a good routine for children that includes time each day for outdoor play, craft, exploring new places and meeting new friends. I am a good cook and have studied child nutrition, so am aware of their energy needs as well as being happy to get involved with some light housework.

I am interested in local positions that don't mind me bringing my daughter for teacher training days and adhoc days. She has grown up with me working with children in our home and nannying in theirs, so she is very good at getting on with my childcare day when required.
