Crystal, nanny in Chelmsford CM1

My name is Crystal, I am 27, Im out going, friendly, love a challenge, an optimist. I am currently a preschool deputy manager and previously a nanny for four children, twin boys aged 6, one of 7 years and a girl who is 10 year old. I have had previous experience with a little girl for three years who had special educational needs, As she has a rare aging disorder. I still see my first "family" as that's what we become family. As for me being a nanny isn't just a job, I see it as I help them in the ways of their life, whilst working with parents. Communication is the key word for me when working with and as part of a family.

It has just been the six weeks holiday so my experience has been very hectic (as you can imagine) but thoroughly enjoyable. From fishing in the weirs, picnics in the parks, playdates random spontaneous fun, adventures and activities that spark their individual interests (also bring the children to the nature rather than the technology fun that they of course love) such creating mini gardens from our exploring trips to various woods, parks, trips and of course GARDENING! I encourage all children to get involved with chores. By making it enjoyable and exciting for them.
