Hello I'm Sinead from Cheltenham, I have worked in childcare for 12years. I am a leader in a preschool, caring and educating 20 2yr olds. I'm also in charge of 8 members of staff so I'm very used to be organised and taking charge. I have a very large family, and this has enabled me to value the family's role in caring and educating children. Which has lead to me nannying for my 18month old niece since she was a newborn. I do this once a week on my day off from work. This has shown me how much I would love a nannying carrer. Caring and educating children is the most rewarding thing I've ever done. I think that the experiences we give our children forms them into the outstanding adults they will become. I also have lots of experience in working with children with special needs I'm SENCO at my setting.
