Lucy, nanny in Church stretton SY6

I am 24 years old and live in Church Stretton. I love looking after children and young people, it has always been a joy to me since I can remember. Playing alongside children and letting them do painting, drawing or whatever they want to do, helping them read or reading to them, helping them to write, with homework or just being there to look after them is something I am always willing to do and find comes easy to me. Above all else, I love to take a child/children out and about, letting them explore and learn about the great outdoors. I try to encourage a positive attitude to everything, ensuring I get fully involved and make things as fun as possible (whilst being aware of safety), so that each child feels comfortable to be themselves and reach their full potential.
I am always calm, and control behaviour in a responsible manner, without showing anger. I like to be helpful, and am always ready to be there for other people. I am happy to do basic cleaning such as washing clothes, hoovering and general tidying up after the children.

I am ideally looking for a nanny job that is close to where I live, or is not so far away that I would have to live in. Please bear in mind that I cannot yet drive - I am in the midst of taking driving lessons, and my test is in September - so I hope that this would still fit with you, or that we're able to work around it.
