I feel is it very important to promote a homely, comforting environment for all children. Providing children the opportunity to lean through play is very important & knowing how to expand the child's learning through current interests helps to support the child. Out side play & learning to explore freely, along with planned activities such as cooking make up my perfect day.
Children all learn differently & should be treated as an individual.
To become a role model to the children is very rewarding.
As a mummy myself I understand the emotion behind leaving your child/children & know how vital it isto have trust & confidence in your childcare. As a childcareer I'm looking to become an extended family member to the child/children & work as an understanding support to the parents.
