Katie, nanny in Crediton

Hi my name is Katie and I have recently moved to Crediton, Devon, from Wales, I have quite a range of experience with children, I studied childcare for 2 years as a GCSE and for 1 year at college and passed with a Diploma in Children's Care Learning and Development. While in secondary school I did my work experience in a nursery, while I was only there for a week it was a great experience and helped me a lot with understanding the daily routine for children. During my year in college I worked with a variety of age groups from 12 weeks old up to 7 years old so I do have the experience for all age groups. I have also grown up in a child friendly environment, my parents started fostering children when I was only little, so seeing them helping and caring for children all my life, I have a great interest in working with children and helping parents or carers which need the help.
