My name is Karen and I am a 27 year old care support worker living in Southport.
I am currently on the look out for work within the childcare sector as I have a real passion for working with children, which has been further developed through my past experience in previous care support roles and my responsibilities as a parent to my two young step sons.
My qualities as a child carer include; initiative and self motivation, passion and drive, planning and organisation, flexibility, time management and creativity. All of which I have demonstrated throughout my career and continue to show in my current role.
