I'm currently baby room leader and I really enjoy my job, I just feel I could offer a family so much more, I have great communication skills, I'm reliable trust worthy and very organised.
My favourite thing to do in the baby room is messy play!! I feel the children learn so much my exploring the world them and using all their senses to do this! I also enjoy outdoor play.
