Danielle, nanny - DA1 Dartford

Hi. My name is Danielle. I have lots of experience as I'm currently working in a nursery and I have been working there for almost 7 and a half years. I am looking to be a full time nanny working mon-fri. I am NVQ level 3 qualified in childcare. I have progressed throughout the years, I became room leader in the toddler room workin with 1-2 year olds. I was then moved to pre school 1 room working with 2-3 year olds becoming room leader in that room too. I also became deputy manager September 2016 as my manager had to go on maternity leave and currently still holding this position. We provide daily activities and planned activities to progress each child's development in different areas making sure they are all developing at the expected rate. We observe the children weekly so we will plan activities based on their interests.
