My name is Holly and I am 23 years old and a qualified nurse. I have specialised in dementia care and have proceeded in promotion to managerial roles. Although the elderly is what I have qualified in, I also have provided youth groups for children ages 7-10 years. I have cared for children both for families and friends ages 0-5 months as my current job used to be flexible. As a carer, I feel that my qualities include providing educational activities, ensuring that care is delivered to a standard I would expect my own children to receive, and that children generally are well cared for and enjoying life. I ran a youth group which has provided me with a variety of experience in organising activities and outing benificial to development. I adore working with children and would love to boost my career in achieving this goal.
