Lily, nanny - DT9 Milborne port

I am 19 and have since September 2017 been looking after children part time. I pick them up from schools and look after them for a few hours in which they have a snack and a drink and tidy their rooms, I like to keep some sort of structure but believe that the parent is to have the say in what makes them comfortable. I have always been interested in childcare and have over the years developed skills with young children, helping looking after children with parents around so that they have space to work. As well as work volunteering at groups such as scouts helping to organise the activities and small dramatics groups. I enjoy making up games and finding fun activities to do, trying to adapt these games not only to their age but their personality. I would be looking for more full time work but am happy to do part time also. I understand how each family is different, helping with a family and adapting to these differences are things that I both have skills in but am open to learning more about.
