I am an individual who takes great pride within my work and will always aim to keep my work to high standards and to continue to develop and grow within my line of work by completing the necessary training. I would say that I am very reliable, punctual and sociable person who will try to meet the needs of every individual. I believe that I am good at time managing, keeping organised and listening to others, I feel that these skills are very important and that you need to have them in every job. Working within a nursery, I as an individual have to be creative and think of new ideas and effectively display them.

After I left High school I went and completed an advance level apprenticeship in the NCFE CACHE Level 3 Diploma for the Early Years Workforce (Early Years Educator) with an academy called SWIFT ACI Ltd. During my apprenticeship I also achieved my Functional skills qualification in information and communication technology (ICT) at level 2. After being certified in childcare, I continued to work in nurseries to help with the learning and development of children. During my years of working in childcare I have obtained training in safeguarding, food hygiene, first aid at work, channel genral awareness and health and safety in the workplace, all of which are up to date.
I worked as an apprentice and then continued when I was qualified, since qualifying I have worked at three different nurseries working as a practitioner and taking on the role as room leader.
