Hi my name is Lauren Salt I am 19 years old and currently working as a mobile career. My ambition is to work with children as I have always wanted to do this kind of work. I have the qualifications and experience working with children in all different ages, I have always grown up around children and loved every second. The qualities I can bring with me is my patience I have the right frame of mind and always push myself to have a smile. My own initiative would be another quality for example if I was seeing to another child trying to cheer them up but another child needed my attention I would need to do some quick thinking and use my own initiative to resolve this. I would bring my hard working as a quality this involves being flexible for hours, simple day to days tasks such as keeping things tidy, changing nappies etc; my positive attitude is the big quality and I will also bring this towards the children so the children can be happy and enjoy being around me. Motivation is key this is something that I will need everyday to prepare myself for the day ahead. Another quality would be to remember to be warm and friendly to everyone I come in contact with such as colleagues, parents, children and other people. My dedication to this job would also be another quality this involves paying attention to the children at all times, take on board any advice from others around me, listen to parents if they have any concerns and always try and help them. Finally my best quality would be having an interest in the children.
