Nicole, nanny - EH9 Edinburgh

I currently live with my family (parents and brother) in which we have a very close and friendly relationship. I am 22 years old and I’m currently working for camp America in Pennsylvania at a girls scout camp, therefore I can start work on the 23rd of August. I love socialising with my friends, going to the gym, spending time with family and I like volunteering on my days off. I am relocating to Edinburgh city centre in the summer and as of this I can work any hours and I can provide nannying on the weekend.

At my two placements above I carried out many activities including of art and design, numeracy, language and literacy based. I also helped my teacher with her teaching inputs by taking small groups to help the children's development. I also helped out on playground duty and dinner hall duties.
CHAS Hospice - Sibling Support Volunteer ( six months)
Within my volunteering at CHAS, I was the sibling support carer. This involved me preparing and carrying out activities for all aged children. The activities I would come up with would be either crafts, obstacle courses, games, wall art, treasure hunts and even baking.
Brownies(Girl Guides) - Volunteer
At brownies I carried out many activities which involved sports, crafts, preparing the children for their badges such as helping them cook, camping trips and days out to the zoo.
