Shaina, nanny in Farington Moss

Currently located in Australia, I nanny 2 full days per week (casual babysitting for the same family and others), employed casually via a Childcare agency (anzuk*) as an educator for remainder of the week.

As of March 2017, I will be relocating within close proximity to Preston, Lancashire to further pursue my career and thoroughly enjoy being surrounded by the beautiful countryside England has to Offer.

I hold a British passport, a Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care and all relevant First Aid qualifications for an education and care setting plus Certificate of Education Support - Integration/Teacher's Aide. As I was previously employed to support children with additional needs in a Primary School.

Besides spending time with children I also hold an ever growing passion for traveling and exploring the outdoors, photography, arts and crafts, puzzles, meeting new people and a willingness to learn something that I find interesting.

I highly believe in honesty, trust and treating all children equally. Providing a safe, respectful and compassionate environment for all children while supporting their developmental milestones in a holistic approach and valuing their individual differences. Working alongside the family and respecting their cultural requirements, feedback and strategies.
