Holly, nanny in Farnham royal

Hello my name is Holly and I am fun, bubbly, creative and caring Level 3 qualified Nursery Nurse and have worked in nurseries for 7 years with all different ages, which start as young as 3 months up to 5 years. I also have experience with new borns up to 13/14 years. I was a senior room leader in the baby room in my last nursery job and I had a lot of responsibilities, which was running the room making sure all children and staff were safe guarded at all times, paperwork, children’s planning and observations were done, to help settle in any new children, making sure the parents were happy and if not then I would ask what was wrong and resolve it as best as i could, making sure parents got all the feedback at pick up time, which included what there child/ren ate and how much, how much sleep they had, all nappy changes, any issues then i would put it right. I have also worked in a Special needs school, with children in primary up to post 16. My duties were to collect them in the morning from the school bus, check bags and then feed, change, help them into there walkers from wheelchairs, took them on walks to help with physical exercise, personal care, medications and more.
The special needs I worked with were children with Autism, ADHD, PTSD, PMLD, MLD. I am a very caring person and always like to help as much as i can, I started caring from the age of 22 when i cared for my auntie who had terminal brain cancer and her son who has learning disabilities, I helped with everything like: personal care, administrating Chemotherapy medicine, doctors and hospital appointments, took her to hospital everyday for 6 weeks to have radiotherapy, paying bills and managing/budgeting money, washing, cooking, cleaning , shopping and more. I love caring for people of all ages but especially I enjoy looking after children. I love to watch the grow and develop, which makes me feel like I have provided them with the best of my care.
