Ashlee, nanny in Fir tree DL15

Hi, I'm Ashlee. I am looking to provide parents/carers with that extra bit of help as and when required. I have worked in nursery settings for 3 years, starting as a new qualified practitioner and progressing on to Deputy Manager and most recently Nursery Manager. I have worked with children from 6 months up to school aged. I have been based in toddler room and preschool rooms, in both settings I have worked in. I believe children learn through play and I like finding exciting ways to incorporate this into their day. I am a caregiver above all. I think it is vital to build strong relationships from the start with both children and their parents/carers.
