Hello there,
I'm Chantelle and I will be attending university in September to study Liberal Arts (the study of Ancient history, English, Philosophy etc...) at Derby. I consider myself to be quite a motivated, optimistic person.
A little about me -
- I volunteered and lived in Africa for three months, helping to develop the community and taught the schoolchildren English and entrepreneurial skills.
- I am currently studying a Level 3 Education and Learning degree and a TEFL in the hopes of becoming a teacher
- I performed and directed plays with The Lowry in Manchester so love Performing Arts
- I have my DBS certificate, which is a security and background check for working around young children/the elderly.
- I have played netball internationally and would love to help with any sports
- I can speak French and Swahili
- I would also be able to play (maybe even beat) your child/children at video games.
- I have been taught my emergency first aid.
Whilst this may just look like a list, I feel that they represent much of the person that I am as I have dedicated a lot into my outlets.
Experience
I have babysat my younger brother from when he was in nappies to the age of 6, and babysat neighbors from time to time. I am more than happy and capable of cooking and helping around the household.
And well, if you got this far then thank you for your time! :)
