Katie, nanny - G3 Glasgow

Hi, I'm Katie, a First Class Fashion Business Graduate from Glasgow Caledonian University. Since university, I have been working in digital marketing for agencies and international businesses, however, I am now realising that a career in nannying and housekeeping is more inline with my professional interests.

I am a hardworking, personable, friendly and caring individual that has a real love for working with both children and animals. I have volunteered around the world. from teaching English to schoolchildren in Zambia, to looking after Orang-utans in Borneo. My family have also always been involved in training guide dog puppies, so I am really comfortable with looking after dogs, as well as children.

From an early age, I babysat numerous different neighbours and was a Brownie Helper for a few years back in high school. Having studied at the London College of Fashion, as well as at GCU, I have lots of creative skills that I now use in my spare time, through crafting- I love customising everything with pom poms. .

I love being outside in the fresh air and surrounded by nature. I love to swim, hill walk, travel and read a good book in Kelvingrove Park. I currently live in Garnethill with my boyfriend, who is a secondary school art teacher. I'm a bit of a clean freak, so cleaning is something that I quite enjoy (weird, I know).
