Hello,
My name is Joanne and I am 19 years old. In my years of education, I achieved a level 2 GCSE in childcare at a grade B, I also achieved 5 extra GCSE’s between grade A-C which included English literature, English language and Mathematics. Then 3 GCSE’s at grade D. I then followed on to college to do a BTEC Level 3 extended diploma in Health and social care.
I find myself to be a bubbly, fun and happy person and always willing to go out of my way to ensure care and happiness to others. My hobbies include singing, going for meals with my friends and family and I am also self teaching my self the keyboard, I’m not the best but I am pursuing it because I enjoy it and my nieces love to guess which Disney song I am trying to play so they can sing a long with me.
In my family, I have two nieces and two nephews who’s ages range between 4 and 6. I love to spend time with them and create lots of adventures for them. We spend our times out in the park or garden playing different games that they create or we play inside with all their different toys. We get creative so for Mother’s Day/Father’s Day or birthdays, I help them to make others cards, lots of cutting, sticking and glitter with the girls. Since they have all been little babies, I have looked after/babysat for my siblings. Which means I have experience in caring for children between the ages of 0-6 years, I can cook, clean, play, assist in learning and safeguard confidently. I have a passion to work with children and I have always known this from a young age, where it’s ranged between wanting to be a teacher, a social worker, babysitter or a nursery nurse. At the moment, I do not have a driving licence, however I have completed several lessons and am saving for a car whilst I continue lessons.
