Hayley, nanny in Great smeaton DL6

Hello my name is Hayley, I am 21 and am passionate about working with children, I previously completed the Level 3 childcare apprenticeship in a private outdoors day nursery for a year, and got offered a position to stay on. I am a confident, dedicated and motivated individual. I am creative in my personality and like to combine creativity within my planning around children with art. I am currently studying the Foundation Degree in Early Years Childcare (0-5) Level 4 and 5, having completed Level 4 in May 2015. I have nanny experience, with household duties and responsibilities of morning dress up, outings, snacks, and bath time and bedtimes. I enjoyed looking after two children (aged 3 and 1-2), with my own car and UK licence, joining in with the childcare centres activities and using my initiative for other day outings. During the day I have presented the children with painting activities, baking, arts and crafts, walks and trips to the park, following the child's interest. With studying my Foundation Degree I will need a day release on a Wednesday to attend the course, I am however free at the moment and able to start a job immediately, but from October 2015 I will need my Wednesdays for university. Through studying my degree I have the passion at supporting children to learn and develop and with experience in a nursery where I had responsibilities to monitor an individual child development, I use methods to monitor and progress a child in each role.
