Charlotte, nanny in Greetland HX4

I have lots of experience dealing with different ages and types of people. I have done work experience in various settings from a nursery to an elderly care home. I am used to doing personal care and also cook, i love to cook and clean because i like people to feel comfortable and cared for. I have had different jobs, my first job I did for around 2 years was in a hairdressers on a Thursday evening and Saturday. I had to have good customer service and be able to speak professionally and take orders on what needed to be done. My second job was in a convenience store which I also had to have good customer service for and be able to talk to different people, I had to be polite and calm as I could have different aged and types of people coming in. , I have been a reablement support assistant which entails personal care, medication, meals and just general day-to-day support and being somebody individuals can rely on. I have also worked in a care home for people with dementia therefore I am used to challenging behaviour.
I have a 7 year old God Daughter who i have looked after and taken out on days, she has been in my life around 5 years so i have had experiance with a child from being young, i am friendly and an approachable person so im sure i would be a good person to look after somebodies child.
