Elysha, nanny in Grimsbury

My name is Elysha Chapman, I am 19 years old and am from Banbury. I have completed my Health and Social Care Level 3 course, receiving a grade of DMM, and have also just recently passed my Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools Level 2 course. I chose to do these courses because of my passion for supporting children and young people.
I have always been known for my positive and bubbly attitude, which I believe is key when building effective relationships with anybody, particularly children.
I understand the importance of encouraging and supporting the emotional, social, intellectual and physical development of children fully. I am passionate about ensuring that all children have a sense of identity and individuality, because this is what shapes them as a person.
I have 2 younger sisters who are aged 6 and 8. When I turned 16, I began babysitting them, which I love to do. When doing this, I ensure that they are fed nice, healthy food, that their reading and homework is done, that everything is ready for the next day, that they are happy and of course having fun.
I have 6 GCSEs including English and Maths, and therefore am confident with supporting children with their homework and with any problems they have.
I have not outlined any dates of which I am not free, because my rota at my current job changes weekly.
